ASIAPRESS ARCHIVE SERVICE

ASIAPRESS has archive IMAGE <footage/ photograph> service.
ASIAPRESS will deliver IMAGE after client agreed Conditions of Use.
IMAGE will be sent via e-mail(JPEG/BMP extension).Other extension such as TIF can be negotiable.
IMAGE (video footage) will be shipped by international parcel service. Videotape(miniDV format/NTSC) or DVD(NTSC). No download service.

LICENSING PROCESS

(1)- Client read Conditions of Use, quote of costs and licensing fee for requested media(TV,movie,book,newspaper,others).

(2)- After exchanging signed license agreement with Application form, ASIAPRESS ship/dispatch the footage by parcel service, or if photograph, by e-mail attached file.
(Application form/PDF can be downloaded from web-page of Conditions of Use)

(3)- Client notifies the length/duration of ASIAPRESS footage actually used.

(4)- ASIAPRESS issues an invoice for the costs and license fee.

Any unauthorized use of ASIAPRESS IMAGE shall be considered as infringement, and may be billed for damage compensation, or could result in legal proceedings.

THUMBNAIL-SERVICE

ASIAPRESS has thumbnail-service. It is to make thumbnail list by request from search term, and send client via e-mail attached file(JPEG), 12 pictures/ 1 JPEG sheet.
Fee arises for making thumbnail.
